Information you provide

We process the photos, names, story choices, dedication, contact details, and delivery information you provide. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Pet Storybook.

How we use it

We use order information to generate the book, take payment, provide downloads, arrange delivery, respond to requests, and prevent misuse. For a physical book, we use the delivery phone number and delivery email for order fulfilment and tracking updates.

We send marketing emails to the delivery email only if you actively select the optional marketing checkbox. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time. This choice does not affect your purchase or delivery updates.

Analytics, replay, and advertising measurement are enabled by default and can be disabled in Tracking settings.

Service providers

We use service providers for payment, image generation, email, hosting, analytics, replay, and advertising measurement. Google Analytics is limited to approved public pages and receives no storybook resume token or URL query string from our integration. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

Your choices and rights

You can disable or change tracking choices at any time through the site footer. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights that apply to your information.
