Pet Storybook uses cookies and browser storage for the service, analytics, session replay, and advertising measurement. Measurement tools are enabled by default and can be switched off at any time.
Necessary storage
Necessary storage supports security, order progress, and your privacy choice. It is not used to measure advertising or build a marketing profile.
Analytics
Our first-party analytics records steps such as viewing a page, choosing a story, starting checkout, and completing a purchase. Google Analytics measures visits to an explicit set of public pages. It does not run on private book, checkout, admin, or story-creation routes. These tools use anonymous identifiers and campaign information so we can understand where the journey needs improvement.
Newsletter offer
Where the newsletter experiment is available, an anonymous cookie keeps your experience consistent. It is not assigned when analytics is switched off. If you sign up, a separate receipt remembers your submission. Opening your personal welcome email link lets the server remember your offer for seven days. The receipt alone cannot activate a discount. A session preference remembers when you close the invitation.
Session replay
Microsoft Clarity and a masked first-party replay tool help us find usability problems. Form inputs are masked. Replay can be switched off separately.
Advertising
Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API, and Google Ads measurement connect advertising visits with purchases. They may use advertising identifiers such as _fbp, _fbc, and _gcl cookies. Google Ads receives only the verified amount charged, the purchase type, currency, and a transaction identifier for deduplication. Private storybook tokens and Stripe return queries are removed. Test and development purchases are excluded from these delivery paths.
Changing your choice
Use the Tracking settings link in the site footer at any time to disable any measurement purpose. Disabling a purpose stops new events for that purpose and clears the related first-party identifiers that we can remove from your browser.
