Pet Storybook uses cookies and browser storage for the service, analytics, session replay, and advertising measurement. Measurement tools are enabled by default and can be switched off at any time.
Necessary storage
Necessary storage supports security, order progress, and your privacy choice. It is not used to measure advertising or build a marketing profile.
Analytics
Our first-party analytics records steps such as viewing a page, choosing a story, starting checkout, and completing a purchase. Google Analytics measures visits to an explicit set of public pages. It does not run on private book, checkout, admin, or story-creation routes. These tools use anonymous identifiers and campaign information so we can understand where the journey needs improvement.
Session replay
Microsoft Clarity and a masked first-party replay tool help us find usability problems. Form inputs are masked. Replay can be switched off separately.
Advertising
Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API measure whether an advert led to a purchase. They may use the _fbp and _fbc cookies. Test and development purchases are excluded from this delivery path.
Changing your choice
Use the Tracking settings link in the site footer at any time to disable any measurement purpose. Disabling a purpose stops new events for that purpose and clears the related first-party identifiers that we can remove from your browser.
